Hi....I'm Trisha Campbell-Miss Topless Blonde Ale-Step Inside And See The Brewery!
Welcome To: Topless Blonde Ale

Kettles
Larger, steam jacketed kettle next to Mash Tun where the mash is turned into Wort (unfermented beer fluid), as well as the vessel that we can add specialty flavoring, hops and spices. The wort reaches a temperature of 220 degrees before its flashed cooled by the heat exchanger.

Fermenters
Large stainless tanks, with conical bottoms, that store the beer while it is fermenting. We have three of these all temperature controlled. The beer spends about a week in these tanks, and each tank holds four barrels, or eight 15.5 gallon kegs.

Conditioning Tanks
Fermented beer "conditions"
as it carbonates to become a finished product. From these vessels beer can also be served.

Fermenters/Conditioning tanks, and a small intimate tasting area.
